Wholly owned subsidiary

A corporate finance advisory firm incorporated at RAKICC.

Portfolio companies are separately managed and operate independently. Takami Capital's role is that of shareholder.

Takami Capital owns equipment and leases it to group companies and third-party businesses operating in African markets.

The current portfolio consists mainly of power generators, and the Company may extend it to other asset classes over time.
